Intelligent Ticket Analysis Engine
OCR-powered intake using Google Vision API that extracts ticket data from a photo — PCN number, issuer, dates, contravention code, and penalty amount. Users upload a photo and have their ticket parsed in seconds.
Legal Strategy Detection System
A rules engine encoding 35 appeal strategies across private (18) and council (17) parking tickets. The system evaluates ticket data against a hierarchy of legal grounds, identifying every applicable strategy and ranking them by effectiveness. Includes 30+ operator profiles with enforcement history.
Professional Document Generation
Generates tailored, professionally formatted appeal letters in both DOCX and PDF formats. Each letter references specific legislation, includes evidence requirements, and follows the formal structure expected by operators and tribunals.
Frictionless Conversion Funnel
A 6-step flow optimised for conversion: Upload → Analysis → Questions → Processing → Preview → Download. No login required until users have seen their strategies — eliminating friction and ensuring value before payment.
