Why one company became five brands.
Owllys started by building AI for operations: supply chain, enterprise, and packaging & print, presented as three divisions under one name. As the products went deeper, it became clear that each industry needed its own specialists, not just its own features.
- A fab leader
asks about lot genealogy and chamber drift.
- A plant head
asks about OEE, changeovers and MTBF.
- A printer
asks about make-ready and wash-ups.
- A CFO
asks whether the ledger reconciles.
Underneath, each of them is asking the same thing: have the people across the table stood on my floor?
- 01So we reorganised
A single brand covering twenty-two products made that harder to answer, not easier. So we reorganised around the industries themselves. FLX4, Semi3, INDUX2, CRFT2 and CMYK2 each own one domain, with their own identity, products, website and specialists.
- 02What the group holds
What they share is held at group level: one standard for how AI recommends and people govern, Demo Forge for rehearsing decisions before they are made, digital twins, and the engineering foundations underneath. That is where Owllys sits: behind the brands, never in front of them.
- 03What it means for you
For a customer, that means a specialist who speaks your industry's language, backed by a group whose shared tools and rules have already been proven elsewhere. If a problem crosses two brands, Owllys is the one door that connects them.

To make every operational decision in manufacturing and supply chain faster, smarter and self-improving, by putting agentic AI to work on the systems enterprises already run.
To become the intelligent decision layer for the world's manufacturing and supply-chain enterprises, where software doesn't just record work, it performs it.
