Not a tech vendor. A partner in your growth.
Senior-led technology and AI consulting that starts from your P&L and growth plan: a full audit of your IT estate, a roadmap tied to revenue and margin, and a team that stays accountable through delivery.
The difference between a vendor and a partner
A vendor delivers a project. A partner answers for the number it was meant to move.
| Topic | A typical vendor | A partner |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | Its own product catalogue | Your P&L and your growth plan |
| Success means | On time, on budget, go-live | Revenue, margin and cash — agreed in writing |
| Advice | Recommends what it sells | Vendor-agnostic — we say when not to buy, even from us |
| Who does the work | Senior pitch, junior delivery | Operators who have run plants, warehouses and presses |
| After go-live | Moves on to the next deal | Stays through adoption, with quarterly value reviews |
| Your data & IP | Locked into their platform | Yours — documented, portable, with a clear exit path |

Before we start
Do you only recommend Owllys products?
No. The audit and roadmap are vendor-agnostic. Where an Owllys product is the best fit we will say so and show why; where your existing systems, another vendor or no software at all is the better answer, that is what goes in the roadmap.
We already run SAP (or another ERP). Do we have to replace it?
Rarely. Most roadmaps overlay intelligence on the ERP you have — fixing data, integration and decision flows around it. Replacement is recommended only when the business case clearly supports it.
How long does the audit take, and what do you need from us?
Typically four to six weeks inside a 6–9-week sprint. We need a sponsor from leadership, access to process owners and IT, and read access to systems and spend data under NDA.
How do you charge?
The Strategy & Audit Sprint is fixed-scope and fixed-fee. Transformation engagements are outcome-linked: part of the fee is tied to the KPIs agreed at the start.
What happens after the roadmap is delivered?
You choose: execute it yourselves, have us govern your vendors, or partner with us for delivery. Either way we offer quarterly value reviews so the roadmap keeps pace with your growth plan.
