The Owllys Group · Built to solve

Five specialist brands.
One group, built to solve.

Owllys brings together specialist technology businesses for supply chains, semiconductors, industrial operations, enterprise technology, and packaging & print. Each brand is led by people who know its industry. All of them share the engineering underneath.

xnThe number in each name is its argument: the factors that brand multiplies. FLX4 has four, Semi3 three, and INDUX2, CRFT2 and CMYK2 two each.

§ 01Why we are built this way

Industry depth is not a prompt.

It is a data model, a rule set, and people who have stood on that floor at 2 a.m. So instead of one generalist brand stretched across every industry, Owllys builds specialists, and holds what they share at group level.

One platform, stretched thin

One generic model, one rule set and one sales story for every floor. It looks wide on a slide, and it's shallow everywhere.

One generic platform stretched across five industries: wide and shallow.one generic platformshallow everywhere

Five specialists on shared foundations

Each brand owns its industry's data model, rules and people. The group owns what compounds: rehearsal, governance and engineering.

  1. 01

    Every industry counts differently.

A fab counts lots, tools and yield. A press counts make-readies and wash-ups. A supply chain counts days of cover and lanes. One vocabulary can't serve all three, so each brand speaks its own.

  2. 02

    Specialists earn trust faster.

A plant head trusts someone who talks OEE. A fab leader trusts someone who talks yield. Each brand is built by subject-matter experts working alongside AI engineers.

  3. 03

    Shared foundations compound.

What one brand proves (rehearsal, governance, engineering discipline), every brand inherits. You get a specialist's focus without losing the advantages of a group.

§ 02Explore our specialist brands

Five businesses, each built for one industry.

Each brand has its own identity, its own products and its own website. Open a brand to see why it exists, who it is built for and the problems it takes on, then go to its site for the detail.

  1. A chain that plans, promises and recovers cash on its own.

FLX4 is the group's supply-chain business. It connects demand, sourcing, inventory, transport, sales and returns into one responsive flow. It reads what your ERP already knows, predicts what is about to happen, decides with the trade-offs shown, executes with your approval, and learns from every outcome.

    Built for
COOs and supply-chain, planning, procurement and logistics leaders in manufacturing, FMCG, pharma and distribution.
    Industries
    FMCG & food · pharma & chemicals · paper & packaging · apparel · distribution
    The exponent
4 = Predict × Decide × Execute × Learn. Four beats, one loop: the strategic message the brand keeps.
    Problems it takes on
    • Nobody trusts the forecast, so everyone carries extra stock.
    • Price is negotiated from memory; nobody knows what fair looks like.
    • The delivery date is a guess: over-promise and pay, or pad it and lose.
    • Trucks leave half-empty, and a delay surprises everyone.

    Fig. 03 · FLX4Predict × Decide × Execute × Learn
  2. The loss is in the seams, not the steps.

Semi3 is the group's semiconductor business: 37 semiconductor-native AI products across seven suites, covering engineering, manufacturing, equipment, supply chain, quality, finance and business. Its argument is in the name. A yield answer that ignores the tool is incomplete. A supply answer that ignores the lot is fiction. Semi3 multiplies all three.

    Built for
Fab and OSAT leaders, equipment makers, engineering organisations and semiconductor supply chains.
    Industries
Fabs · OSAT & test · equipment makers · EMS · semiconductor supply chains
    The exponent
3 = Lot × Tool × Network. The exponent is the argument, as semi3.com puts it.
    Problems it takes on
    • A parametric shift shows on a wafer map on Tuesday; the chamber drifted three weeks earlier.
    • The ship-and-debit it breaks is found six weeks later, in finance.
    • Three teams, three systems, three versions of the truth, and nobody holding the thread.

  3. Make industry intelligent. Make intelligence work.

INDUX2 is the group's industrial business. It brings industrial data, AI and operational systems together to help manufacturers predict disruptions, make better decisions and execute with greater precision, with people approving every action that matters. Thirty products in seven lines run on one platform that reads your PLCs, historians, MES and ERP, and never writes to the control layer.

    Built for
Industrial CEOs, plant heads, operations, quality and maintenance leaders, and manufacturing technology teams.
    Industries
    Automotive · electronics · pharma · food & beverage · FMCG · chemicals · metals · machinery · paper · textiles · energy
    The exponent
2 = Intelligence × Execution. Industrial knowledge, made intelligent, carried through to execution.
    Problems it takes on
    • Equipment stops without warning and takes the plan with it.
    • The schedule is out of date by mid-morning.
    • Problems are found at final inspection, or by the customer.

  4. Technology, Crafted Around Your Problem.

We engineer AI products, intelligent platforms, and enterprise solutions shaped around the challenges your business needs to solve. CRFT2 works problem-first: understand it, design the right solution, build and integrate it, then measure what changed. Its portfolio, from business intelligence on your books to commerce, trade, people and support, plus three products already live in global markets, shows the range.

    Built for
CEOs, CFOs, CIOs and owners whose problem does not fit a packaged product.
    Industries
SMEs and enterprises on Tally or SAP · commerce · cross-border trade · consumer SaaS
    The exponent
2 = Your problem × Our engineering. The problem comes first; the technology is shaped to fit it.
    Problems it takes on
    • The CEO asks why margin fell, and waits two weeks for three reports that disagree.
    • Quotes, orders and chasing run on WhatsApp; every price is a guess.
    • One support team, ten to twelve separate SaaS tools.

  5. Brief to shelf. Estimate to outcome. Two closed loops.

CMYK2 joins two closed loops. In packaging, concepts are generated against the brief, the cost target, the regulation and your machines, then carried into artwork and run gate by gate to launch. In print, every quote is costed on how your presses actually ran, jobs are sequenced light to dark, and floor actuals re-price the next quote.

    Built for
Brand owners and packaging teams, converters and commercial printers.
    Industries
Brand owners · packaging converters · commercial printers
    The exponent
2 = Creative intent × Production precision. Two closed loops: brief to shelf, estimate to outcome.
    Problems it takes on
    • Concept rounds burn weeks, and the winner dies in production.
    • Quotes come off an old rate card: you win the job and lose the margin.
    • The press runs a paper list (dark, light, dark) and washes ink all shift.

§ 03The connected technology ecosystem

Specialist on top. Shared underneath.

Each brand builds its own software for its own market from its own domain knowledge. Underneath, they share what is worth sharing: the way we rehearse, govern, build and integrate. That is a common standard, not a single monolith every brand must run on.

Where the brands meet

Every brand runs on its own. These are the places where one hands off to another, taken from the products as they exist today.

§ 04Shared capabilities across the group

What every brand inherits.

Specialists build the products. The group holds the standard they all ship to, and the tools and foundations they all stand on. This is our core difference, and it is the same whichever brand you work with.

The Owllys standard: six rules, every brand
  1. 01

    Read-first.

Nothing changes in your systems on day one. We connect read-only to SAP, Oracle, Tally, WMS or MES first.

  2. 02

    AI recommends. People govern.

Agents suggest; a named human approves every write. Autonomy is earned in simulation and can be revoked in one click.

  3. 03

    Evidence on every answer.

Every recommendation ships as a record: decision, evidence, confidence, impact, approval. Audit trail and rollback built in.

  4. 04

    Solvers for the maths.

Schedules, loads and allocations come from optimisation solvers. Language models explain; they don't invent the numbers.

  5. 05

    Rehearse before you act.

New agents and decisions are proven in a simulated world before they touch yours. Demos use zero customer data.

  6. 06

    A baseline in writing.

Value is measured against your numbers, agreed up front. If the number doesn't move, you don't scale.

Demo Forge · DemoForgI · the enterprise rehearsal engine

Forge the world. Run it forward. Decide with evidence.

Demo Forge builds a living, decision-grade replica of an enterprise (sites, suppliers, orders, machines, money), runs it forward in simulated time, and lets governed AI agents work inside it. Enterprises rehearse decisions before making them, and agents prove themselves before they touch a real business.

Pause it, warp it, fork it, replay it. Every simulated number is labelled as simulated, and demos use zero customer data.

A digital twin mirrors the live operation: orders, machines, vehicles, pallets. You test the decision in the twin, compare the branches, then fire it in the real world. Our twins are built for decisions: entities, flows, constraints and KPIs.

Governed agents

Approval gates, kill switches per agent and per tenant, autonomy that is earned and revocable.

Evidence or abstain

Answers grounded in your own documents and data, with citations, and the system says so when it doesn't know.

Optimisation solvers

Allocation, scheduling and routing done by solvers, so every number can be reproduced.

Operations graph & decision memory

One connected record of how your operation behaves: what was decided, on what evidence, and what happened.

Read-first connectors

SAP, Oracle, Tally, WMS, MES and historians, connected read-only first; writes go through approval.

Security & audit

Every action logged and reversible, data kept per tenant, and deletion on exit when a pilot ends.

All shared capabilities

§ 05Our approach: from business problem to outcome

Start with one decision. Not a transformation.

Every engagement, with any brand, starts with the decision that costs you most, runs read-only first, and is measured against a baseline you sign. Step through it: the decision record on the right fills in as you go.

Step 01 of 06

Understand the industry

Specialists from the right brand walk your process, constraints and systems.

You get → the decision mapped
Weeks 1–4Find value: read-only connect, baseline agreed in writing.

§ 06Leadership, expertise & industry understanding

Built by people who have stood on the floor.

Owllys pairs domain subject-matter experts with AI engineers. Each brand works in its industry's own language: the constraints, the workflows and the numbers its leaders are judged on.

“Industry depth is not a prompt. It is a data model, a rule set, and people who have stood on that floor at 2 a.m.”

Owllys is a cross-functional team of AI engineers and domain subject-matter experts. Each brand is built around the people who know its industry.

Founder-led

Strategy, product and engineering are led from the top of the group, close to the work and to the customer.

Specialist-built

Each brand is built by domain subject-matter experts working alongside AI engineers, in that industry's own language.

Floor-tested

The people behind the products have run the warehouse, the plant, the press and the sales floor.
